Gina Karshner,
Florida Registered Paralegal, Florida Notary
Gina is a Florida Registered Paralegal with over 25 years of legal experience. Gina is a 1995 graduate of Indian River State College located in Ft. Pierce, Florida, where she obtained an Associate in Science Degree in Legal Assisting. Prior to that, Gina studied Elementary Education at SUNY Plattsburgh, Plattsburgh, New York; and obtained an Administrative Business Certification from Albany Business College in Albany, New York.
After earning her Administrative Business Certification in 1983, Gina spent four years managing a public relations firm in Albany, New York, before moving to Florida in 1987 and working as a retail store manager for seven years.
In 1994, Gina’s acumen for management and organization allowed her to work part-time as a Workers’ Compensation paralegal at a law firm in Ft. Pierce, Florida, while attending Indian River State College, and raising her young family. Gina’s paralegal experience transitioned from Workers’ Compensation to Insurance Defense for 10 years where she assisted attorneys in representing insurance companies.
Gina’s experience within the legal practice of Estate Planning and Estate Administration began in 2009 with attorney, Ronald Keith Lawn; expanding with attorney, Stephanie M. LeBlanc, in 2015 when Ms. LeBlanc began practicing. From there, Gina continues to work in Estate Planning and Estate Administration with attorneys, Ronald Keith Lawn and Stephanie M. LeBlanc at Lawn & LeBlanc.
Gina has three adult children, all raised in sunny Vero Beach, Florida.
Elizabeth “Eli” Gonzalez,

Eli joined the law group of Lawn & LeBlanc, PLLC, in June of 2019. Eli holds an Associate Degree in Paralegal Studies from Indian River State College located in Ft. Pierce, Florida. Born in Havana, Cuba, Eli is fluent in the languages of Spanish and English.
Prior to immigrating to the United States in 2007, Eli studied Computer Science for four years at Pablo de la Torriente Brau in Havana, Cuba. Upon arrival to Vero Beach, Eli’s aptitude for computer processes and data led to a job working for the Florida Department of Agriculture where she worked as a property surveyor and administrative assistant issuing permits to citrus growers.
A few years later, Eli began working as legal assistant at a civil litigation law firm in Vero Beach assisting attorneys with various civil litigation matters including medical malpractice and business. In 2013, Eli simultaneously began her associate degree in Paralegal Studies at Indian River State College and started working as a legal assistant in the Estate Planning and Estate Administration department at another law firm in Vero Beach. Since then, Eli continues to assist attorneys, Ronald Keith Lawn and Stephanie M. LeBlanc, in the practice of Estate Planning and Estate Administration.
On a personal note, Eli loves spending time with her children and family, and enjoys cooking and planning her next home project.
